• Assess and prioritize patients based on condition and acuity
• Respond swiftly to changing patient needs using critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions in a fast-paced setting
• Educate, support, and advocate for patients and their families throughout their emergency care

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state
• Preferred one year of relevant experience
• Ability to respond effectively to diverse clinical situations
