Responsibilities include performing comprehensive nursing assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes, evaluate patient responses to care, and update care plans accordingly.
Qualifications require a nursing degree from an accredited school, a valid North Carolina nursing license
, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least one year of acute nursing experience
