• Assessing and prioritizing patients with varying conditions and acuity levels
• Responding swiftly to changing patient needs using critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
• Administering medications, treatments, and emergency interventions in a fast-paced setting
• Educating, supporting, and advocating for patients and their families throughout emergency care

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; current RN licensure in the appropriate state
• One year of relevant nursing experience
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's degree or associate degree in nursing
• For inactive licenses over five years, completion of a Board-approved refresher course is required prior to reactivation
