Qualifications include a registered nurse license, completion of an RNFA course, and at least two years of perioperative RN experience.
Required skills encompass patient assessment, surgical assistance, effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory and credentialing standards.
Preferred Certifications Include CNOR, ACLS, And PALS.
