As a member of our specialized dialysis team, you'll provide life-sustaining renal replacement therapies for patients across multiple inpatient settings while working alongside experienced clinicians and supportive leaders. Schedule: Full-Time, Night Shift

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Department: Hemodialysis

Location: Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center

• Provide safe, high-quality hemodialysis treatments for patients across multiple inpatient settings
• Perform and monitor hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis therapies while assessing patient response to treatment
• Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to recognize changes in patient condition and implement appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families regarding dialysis treatments, procedures, and ongoing care needs

• Education:
  
  4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license.
  
  In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

  One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
  
  Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
