Registered Nurse – Operating Room

You'll join a close-knit, collaborative OR team specializing in General Surgery, Urology/GYN, and Robotics, with self-scheduling and limited call requirements. The position is located at Scotts Hill Medical Center in Wilmington, NC, with shifts Monday-Friday, some weekends, and call responsibilities discussed during the interview.

Candidates must have prior OR experience, an RN license, and a minimum of one year of acute care nursing. Preferred candidates will hold a B.S. in Nursing or related field and have leadership experience.

Responsibilities include circulating for surgical procedures, collaborating with the surgical team, and advocating for patients to ensure a smooth perioperative experience. Candidates should have the skills to modify care based on patient age and interpret patient needs accordingly.
