Director, Inpatient Acute Care Services; RN

Nealy Pierce is partnering with a growing, non-profit community hospital in Eastern North Carolina to recruit a Director, Inpatient Acute Care Services (RN).

This role offers oversight of a large inpatient division including:

• 85+ Med/Surg/PCU beds
• 155+ teammates
• Established Nurse Manager and Clinical Coordinator support structure
• Reports to a supportive and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer

• Active RN license State of North Carolina
• BSN required (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years acute care nursing experience
• 3+ years nursing leadership experience in an acute care hospital
• Strong inpatient leadership background preferred
