• Signing bonus of $10,000 (paid in increments)
• Competitive hourly rate: $38+/hour (plus $4/hour for weekend shifts, $3/hour for 2nd shift, $2/hour if opting out of benefits)

• Administer and document medication and treatments accurately.
• Maintain security and proper storage of drug rooms.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Carry out nursing procedures such as catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments.
• Supervise the nursing team and foster a supportive environment.

• Graduation from an accredited RN program.
• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• CPR certification or willingness to complete it.
