ResponsibilitiesCollaborate in interdisciplinary care planning, document care accurately, utilize resources effectively, and maintain compliance with licensure and accreditation standards. Demonstrate interpersonal skills and accountability for work and professional growth.
QualificationsCompleted nursing education from an approved school, current RN licensure in the state, at least one year of clinical experience, strong clinical skills, knowledge of medical-surgical principles, effective communication, computer proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and CPR certification. Home health experience is preferred.
