Center Well Home Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, reporting to the Clinical Manager. You will develop and monitor care plans with physicians and clinicians to promote recovery and independence.
You will administer medications, perform wound care, educate patients and families, oversee Home Health Aides, and document care. A valid RN license and CPR are required, along with driving to patient homes.
