Landscape Installation Crew Member

As a Landscape Installation Crew Member, you will play a hands-on role in enhancing the beauty and functionality of residential and commercial properties. This position reports to the Crew Supervisor.

• Maintain, care for, and operate equipment including trucks, Ditch Witch, saws, hand tools, and trailers, ensuring all tools are clean, serviced, and ready for use
• Pick up all trash and debris at the end of each day
• Organize tools and equipment daily to keep them accessible and in good working condition
• Respond promptly to directions from the supervisor and lead man
• Focus on assigned tasks to ensure quality and efficiency in landscape installation
• Learn and adapt to feedback to meet quality standards
• Install plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch, and hardscapes such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls according to design plans
• Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report safety hazards or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Collaborate effectively with crew members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment

• Basic knowledge of landscape installation techniques and equipment operation
• Ability to safely use and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
• Physically capable of performing demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license (or equivalent) required

• Competitive pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
