About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Technician I to support manufacturing quality performance. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, improve processes, and ensure high-quality product standards.
Responsibilities- Prepare plant setup for new product codes and experiments
- Analyze data to support product disposition and quality decisions
- Investigate quality holds and implement corrective actions
- Support process improvements to reduce scrap and increase efficiency
- Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate on sustainable solutions
- Participate in Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
- Provide training on quality systems and procedures
- Generate reports and track quality metrics
- 2+ years as a Quality/Process Technician in a manufacturing environment
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Access, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams
- Experience with JMP, Minitab, or SPC XL
- Familiarity with PI systems
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
- Data-driven and quality-focused mindset
- Highly organized and quick learner
- Strong integrity and team collaboration
