Nuclear Quality Lead Auditor

Job Summary
The Nuclear Quality Lead Auditor will manage internal and external quality assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and improving capabilities to meet U.S. and international nuclear quality regulations.

• Develop depth and breadth of expertise in the relevant discipline and serve as a best‑practice/quality resource.
• Contribute to strategy execution and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility.
• Effectively communicate findings to all levels of the organization, influence consensus, and support quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in the team.
• Use critical thinking to solve moderately complex tasks or problems that affect the function.
• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• Represent GVH professionally in external, customer, and regulatory assessments or visits.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within a nuclear QA program.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality auditing, or a related capacity.
• Ability and willingness to travel to GVH, customer, and supplier facilities (including international locations) up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a site security clearance, including NRC required background check.
• Access to U.S. export‑controlled information may be required; final offers contingent on authorization from the U.S. Government.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Certified or able to certify as a Lead Auditor to ASME NQA‑1.
• Familiarity with nuclear industry standards such as ASME, CSA, ISO, IAEA, INPO, NEI, and EPRI.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability and willingness to manage competing priorities and interact with various management levels.
