Process Validation Specialist
Length of Assignment: 12 Months
Location: Greenville, NC
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm EST
Pay Rate
: $45/hr-$54/Hr on W2
Consultants day to day responsibilities:
- Review existing validation plans, process documentation, risk assessments, batch records, SOPs, and prior qualification packages to identify gaps.
- Develop and revise process-validation protocols, PPQ protocols, sampling plans, acceptance criteria, and traceability documentation.
- Coordinate protocol readiness with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Automation, and Laboratory teams.
- Execute process-validation and PPQ activities on the manufacturing floor, ensuring each step is performed and documented according to the approved protocol.
- Collect and review process data, test results, equipment parameters, and supporting records to confirm acceptance criteria have been met.
