Wolfspeed is seeking a focused technician for process sustaining support on characterization and cleaning for epitaxy wafers. The role features a 12-hour Back End Nights shift (Wed–Fri, every other Sat, 6:55 PM–7:00 AM) and includes documenting issues and collaborating with engineering to resolve floor issues.
The candidate will help drive yield and cycle-time improvements through DOE-informed analysis and procedure refinement, within a semiconductor environment.
