Real Estate - Licensed Agent

Real Estate - Licensed Agent We’re looking for motivated, licensed Buyer’s Agents to join the Buddy Blake Real Estate Team at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage in Wilmington, NC. This is a real opportunity for professionals who want steady activity, clear systems, and hands‑on support — not just a place to hang a license. You’ll work with active buyer opportunities, conduct consultations, show homes, negotiate contracts, and guide clients from agreement to closing with the backing of an experienced, collaborative team.

Being part of a productive team changes the trajectory of your career. Instead of hoping for momentum, you step into it. More conversations. More appointments. More contracts. More learning. With structure, accountability, and shared standards, agents typically gain confidence faster, sharpen their skills sooner, and build income more predictably than going it alone. We’re seeking agents who are coachable, responsive, service‑minded, and willing to do the work.

If you’re ready to raise your production, operate at a higher standard, and build something meaningful in a supportive environment, we’d love to connect.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily outbound prospecting from the office — calls, texts, database follow‑up, and sphere engagement — to create new opportunities and keep momentum strong. We believe consistent activity drives consistent income.
  • Meet with buyers for consultations, understand their goals, and match them with homes that fit their needs and budget.
  • Host open houses and community events to build relationships and introduce prospective buyers to the local market.
  • Prepare and present buyer agency agreements, purchase offers, addenda, and related documents with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Negotiate confidently on behalf of clients and serve as the steady point of communication between buyer, seller, lenders, and attorneys to ensure a smooth path to closing.
  • Maintain organized follow‑up systems, nurture leads, and move prospects through the pipeline with strong communication and service.
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job.
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car.
Compensation

$100,000 +
