This is a Part/Full-time on-site role for a Boba Tea Barista located in Wilmington, NC. The Boba Tea Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving boba drinks and other menu items, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Daily tasks include greeting customers, taking orders, preparing customized beverages, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service. The Barista will also assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and ensuring adherence to food safety practices.

• Experience with barista tasks and food preparation
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills for engaging with customers and team members
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Flexibility to adapt and a positive attitude toward teamwork
• Prior experience in a café or beverage service setting is preferred, but not required
