Full-Time Retail Sales Associate
$14.00 to $17.00 per hour.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate works with the entire staff to provide customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. The role includes greeting, engaging and processing sales, loans and other transactions, and assisting with customer inquiries and problem resolution across a wide variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms in FFL locations and more.
Responsibilities- Greets and interacts with customers to build rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
- Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays merchandise.
- Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handles all cash and negotiable items with established policies.
- Answers incoming calls per company standards.
- Communicates legal aspects of transactions to customers.
- Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers.
- Collaborates with all employees to create a positive customer experience.
- Completes all assigned training.
- Other related duties, as assigned.
- Willing and able to lift/operate up to 50 pounds and perform duties requiring standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
- Willing to assist customers outside the store premises and retrieve products from exterior storage.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong desire to work with people and be team‑oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic math proficiency. Cash handling experience preferred.
- Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer literate and can operate POS systems and common office equipment.
- Willing to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary. Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2‑8% on the gross profit of their personal performance. Detailed information is provided during the interview.

- Paid wages will not be below applicable local minimum wage requirements.
