• Greet and engage clients, understanding their project needs
• Showcase and explain tile, flooring, and design products
• Provide thoughtful recommendations to help clients achieve their vision
• Maintain showroom displays and assist with inventory
• Process transactions accurately and support the team

• Energetic, client-focused, and team-oriented
• Retail, showroom, or sales experience preferred (design/tile experience a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn product knowledge
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting moderate items
