Customer Service Rep
Position Overview
This is a part‑time position. Primary responsibility is to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying each customer’s needs and exceeding their expectations. This requires a defined level of product knowledge, food preparation skills, sales ability, customer relations skills, and cooperation with fellow associates to create an incredible place to work and shop. Associates must be at least 18 years of age.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently cut and process the complete variety of meat products to achieve maximum yield and gross profit according to Meat Standards.
- Clean work areas.
- Provide customer service while unloading stock and reloading salvage.

Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English; ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small‑group situations to customers, vendors, and associates who only speak English. - Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. - Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge.
Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; taste or smell; occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and reach from 6‑72 inches; frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and reach from 6‑72 inches. Specific vision abilities required: close vision, color, and depth perception.
WorkEnvironment
The work environment is a cool area with an average temperature range of 34‑36°F and is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. Employees are occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and frequent extreme cold. Noise levels are usually moderate to loud.
