Assistant Manager

We are looking for a Full Time Key Holder/ Assistant Manager at our Wilmington,NC (Mayfaire Shopping Center) location!

• have at least 1- 3 years of retail boutique experience
• be customer service driven, as well as sales driven
• have visual merchandising experience
• have excellent multi-tasking skills and organizational skills
• have a strong, outgoing personality and make each and every customer feel welcomed
• have a strong fashion sense that is displayed through personal dress and styling of customers
• be available to work nights and weekends.

• Responding to customer needs and providing excellent customer service
• Motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Initiating changes to improve the sales of the boutique
  
  Creating attractive displays and dressing mannequins
• Keeping the store organized and clean
