REEDS Jewelers is currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our E-Commerce department at our corporate office in Wilmington NC. Every piece of jewelry tells a story and our fulfillment team helps ensure every customer receives the correct order beautifully wrapped and presented. This is a full-time position, and specific hours can be flexible.

This position is located onsite at our corporate headquarters in the beautiful coastal city of Wilmington, NC. Wilmington offers historic coastal charm, a vibrant downtown, and a rapidly expanding population. • Processing internet orders including, but not limited to; product identification, keying sales, packaging and shipping.
• Assisting in the checking in of merchandise: inspecting, tagging and filing.
• Assisting in the processing of exchanges and returns.
• Assisting in the facilitation of customer orders through other REEDS Jewelers stores and Pandora Boutiques.
• Helping to maintain a clean and safe working environment

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Recommended one year jewelry, retail and/or production experience
• Computer Proficient;
  Microsoft Office and comfortable working within Excel
• Goal oriented, results driven and self-motivated
• Able to multi-task, prioritize tasks within a fast paced work environment and work as a team
• GIA AJP Certification required or completion required within six months of being placed in the position
