Frontend Associate

Homesense is seeking a Frontend Associate to deliver friendly, efficient service in our fast-paced, off-price home fashions store. You'll greet customers, assist with product questions, and operate the register to process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately. Frontend Associates help merchandise and restock the sales floor, maintain clean and safe front-end and checkout areas, and follow loss prevention guidelines. In our collaborative, growth-focused culture, you'll receive training, learn multiple store functions, and have opportunities to build a retail career within the TJX family of brands.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with product selection and questions
• Operate POS system to process cash, credit, and returns accurately
• Stock, organize, and replenish merchandise on the sales floor
• Follow visual merchandising standards and signage guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in assigned areas
• Monitor fitting rooms and sales floor to reduce shrink
• Support truck unloading and backroom organization as needed
• Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
• Participate in training and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
