The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is an on-site role based in Wilmington, NC, focused on delivering an engaging and personalized customer experience. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, learning their needs and preferences, and recommending appropriate Pandora products to support sales and brand loyalty. The role involves operating the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card transactions accurately, and maintaining store presentation through merchandising, replenishment, and cleanliness.

The Sales Associate supports promotional activities, stays informed about current collections and brand stories, and collaborates with team members to meet individual and store sales goals. Availability for weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods is expected as part of the part-time schedule.

• Customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to build rapport, identify needs, and provide product recommendations.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) operation skills, including accurate transaction processing and receipt management.
• Merchandising and visual presentation abilities to maintain displays, restock products, and uphold brand standards on the sales floor.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and store leadership.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customers, tasks, and priorities in a dynamic retail environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move product, and work on-site in Wilmington, NC, during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prior retail or jewellery sales experience is beneficial but not required; a genuine interest in fashion, accessories, or jewellery is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a commitment to learning Pandora products, brand values, and sustainability initiatives.
