• Work a consistent flow of new inbound personal lines opportunities
• Quote, present, and bind home and auto coverage
• Conduct strong discovery conversations to uncover needs and protection gaps
• Communicate coverage clearly and confidently
• Follow up with urgency and professionalism
• Achieve defined activity and production goals
• Contribute to a competitive, team-first sales environment

This is a
true production role
where performance drives income and advancement.

• Active North Carolina Property and Casualty license required
• Insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong phone presence with confidence in closing
• Competitive drive, energy, and internal motivation
• Coachable, disciplined, and organized in daily execution
• Comfortable working in-office within a collaborative team environment

• Salary range: $45,000 to $70,000+based on experience and production
• Aggressive commission structure with strong earning upside
