• Adhere tocompany policies,tenant and housing laws, andlease provisions.
• Maintainaccuracy and qualityin administrative tasks.
• Manage property social mediato company standards.
• Take on additional dutiesas requested.
• Maintain high leasing,occupancy, and retention rates, even during construction.
• Showloyaltyandcarefor your teammates.
• Ensure reputation scores meet or exceed industry standards.

• Proven track recordincustomer serviceorsales.
• High school educationor equivalent preferred.
• Strong work ethicandintrinsic motivation.
• Experience with Yardiorproperty management software is a plus.

Pay :
The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $18 to $20 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
