In-Home Sales Representative – Wilmington, NC Base Pay + Commission | $150K–$300K+ Potential

Stiltz Homelifts is growing fast, and we’re looking for experienced in-home sales professionals in the Wilmington, NC area.

If you have a background selling windows, roofing, sunrooms, or home remodeling, this role will feel familiar — only with a higher-ticket, life-changing product and strong company-generated appointments.

• Run pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments (we book the leads, you close them)
• Meet with homeowners and present Stiltz shaftless home elevators
• Design solutions that improve accessibility and quality of life
• Close high-ticket projects and build referral business

• Base pay + commission structure
• Strong earning potential of $150K–$300K+ for top performers
• Car allowance provided
• Company-generated, pre-qualified appointments
• Sales tools and ongoing support
• Flexible schedule with the ability to control your income

• Proven in-home sales experience (windows, roofing, remodeling, outdoor living, etc.)
• Confident closer who is comfortable running appointments in customers’ homes
• Self-motivated and able to manage a territory
• Based in or near Wilmington, NC
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
