Automotive Sales Consultant

• Engaging with customers in-person, online, and by phone to understand their vehicle needs
• Presenting and demonstrating new and pre‑owned Nissan vehicles
• Guiding customers through the full sales process from first contact to delivery
• Building long‑term customer relationships through follow‑up and excellent service
• Working closely with management, finance, and service teams to ensure a smooth buying experience
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals

• Strong communication and people skills
• A self‑starter mindset with a desire to win and grow
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
• Positive attitude, coachability, and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
