SERVICE ADVISORSalary Range: $45,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually
AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
Infiniti of Wilmington | Wilmington, NCInfiniti of Wilmington is growing and looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team!
If you're great with customers, organized, motivated, and know how to keep a busy service lane moving, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do- Write and manage repair orders from start to finish
- Communicate repair needs, pricing, and vehicle status with customers
- Work closely with technicians, Parts, and Service Management
- Sell recommended maintenance and repairs
- Follow up with customers and declined services
- Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Franchise/OEM experience is a plus
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
