The Hourly Detailer plays a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of vehicles within a retail automotive environment. This position is responsible for ensuring that every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, polished, and prepared to meet high-quality standards before delivery to customers or display on the lot. The role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to upholding the dealership’s reputation for excellence.

The Hourly Detailer works closely with sales and service teams to coordinate vehicle readiness and support overall customer satisfaction. Ultimately, this position contributes directly to the positive first impression customers have of the dealership and its inventory.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in vehicle detailing or a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
