A local production company in the North Chase area is seeking enthusiastic Inside Sales Representatives to join their growing team! This is an incredible opportunity for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or retail who are eager to grow and learn.

Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with outside sales reps and the distribution team to grow accounts and meet monthly sales goals.
What You’ll DoBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Collaborate with the distribution team to provide excellent service and grow accounts.
Engage in consultative sales to recommend tailored solutions for customers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in a progressive sales role (2 years preferred).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage a diverse customer base with varying levels of product knowledge.
Wholesale distribution or product application experience is a plus, but not required.
