Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Driver

Allied Universal - Up to $15.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, and facility-related concerns, and promptly notify appropriate campus contacts and/or public responders;
Conduct regular and random patrols of academic buildings, parking areas, and perimeter grounds to help to deter unauthorized activity, identify hazards, and report maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points and common areas during patrols, assist with directions and information requests, and help manage special events and peak traffic periods as assigned;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, perform shift briefings and/or pass-downs, and support campus policy compliance such as parking and after-hours access as directed by site procedures
