Security Officer - Armed Site Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access requirements, and assigned post orders at a government location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and coordinate with on-site personnel and local responders as directed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Control entry points by checking identification and/or authorization, verifying visitor logs, issuing temporary credentials when directed, and reporting suspicious activity;
Complete required security-related reports such as daily activity logs, incident reports, and shift briefings, and communicate relevant information during post transitions
