Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the property, buildings, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards;
Monitor and/or control access points as assigned, verifying authorized entry and directing visitors according to site procedures;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and communicate pertinent information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal management
