Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, visitors, and first responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or concerns.;
Monitor access points and sensitive areas, document observations and incidents, and report security-related concerns according to site policies and Allied Universal guidelines.;
Support a professional healthcare environment by assisting with directions, de-escalating disruptive behavior when appropriate, and following post orders for daily operations and/or emergency situations.
