Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an educational location;
Respond to incidents, student and staff concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post instructions;
Conduct regular and random patrols of campus buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior;
Monitor access points and observe campus activity to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or disruptions to daily operations;
Document incidents, observations, and/or unusual conditions, and communicate with supervisors, staff, and/or first responders when needed
