- Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled rounds inside and outside buildings to maintain a secure environment for residents and property;
Respond to all fire alarms and emergency calls;
Assist with emergencies such as hurricanes and fires;
Set and check resident apartment door monitor system;
Perform light maintenance tasks when time allows (e.g., changing light bulbs);
Deliver newspapers and other materials to resident homes as needed;
Attend in-service training and education sessions;
Maintain confidentiality of all records
