Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout assigned areas, reporting suspicious behavior;
Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation
