Description
Are you a hands‑on professional who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and looking their best? We’re seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our amenity buildings and common areas. In this role, you’ll help ensure our facilities are clean, safe, and well‑maintained—providing an exceptional experience and strong curb appeal for our members and guests.
Qualified candidates must have flexible availability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.

EssentialJob Duties
- Performs routine exterior maintenance and minor repairs on amenity buildings as needed.
- Cleans, pressure washes, and paints building exteriors, fences, gates, and benches.
- Inspects and replaces interior/exterior lighting and HVAC filters on a regular schedule.
- Completes minor cosmetic repairs and small roofing repairs.
- Monitors amenity areas for safety hazards and completes repairs or reports issues promptly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities Maintenance.
- Performs light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs as needed.
- Performs pool maintenance as assigned.
- Assists with pumps and other mechanical repairs as needed.
- Understands and follows applicable building codes and safety requirements.
- Takes initiative and completes work assignments with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–3 years of general maintenance/handyman experience, including carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, and flooring.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as business needs require.
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk, hear, and speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Must be able to endure long periods of sitting, standing, or walking in a hot, humid environment.
- Will be occasionally required to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping and use hands and fingers to handle, or feel.
- Must be comfortable working at different heights using ladders and scaffolding and drive vehicle for performance of duties.
