Johnson Controls - - - Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement on commercial heating and cooling systems;
Identify enhancements to improve system reliability and sustainability and provide labor and material quotes;
Consult with customers on comfort, building inefficiency issues;
Participate in weekend, night, and holiday call out service on a rotating basis;
Assist Journeymen in repair and service of centrifugal, absorption, screw, and scroll chillers
