Maintenance Technician

Del Mar Hospitality | Wilmington, NC - Kure Beach, NC Full-Time | $20–$25/hr (Based on Experience)

SIGN-ON/RETENTION BONUS:
We offer a $300 bonus after 3 months of employment, PLUS an additional $300 bonus after 6 months of employment. Work at the beach! Del Mar Hospitality is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our coastal hospitality properties in Kure Beach, NC. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a growing, locally owned company.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across multiple hospitality properties
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Respond to service requests promptly and professionally
• Conduct inspections to ensure properties remain safe, clean, and guest‑ready
• Support seasonal maintenance needs (pressure washing, grounds upkeep, etc.)
• Maintain maintenance logs and inventory
• Partner with leadership to improve systems and property performance

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (hospitality or multi-property preferred)
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Self‑starter who can work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors as needed

Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
