Job Title:
Mechatronics & Robotics Technician
As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will support the Operations Maintenance team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. In addition to enhancing your skills, you will mentor junior technicians to help them grow in their roles.
Responsibilities- Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Pneumatic Systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
- Mentor junior technicians and provide maintenance supervision.
- Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Manage risks associated with maintenance tasks.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
- 2+ years of experience repairing material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment.
- 2+ years of experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
- 2+ years of experience demonstrating safety standards.
- 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment.
- High school or equivalent diploma.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Work EnvironmentYou will be required to move up to 49 pounds, as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. The work schedule includes various shifts:
Front Half Day, Back Half Day, Front Half Night, and Back Half Night, each with a 4 days on, 3 days off pattern.
This is a Permanent position based out of Wilmington, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $59,384.00 - $59,384.00/yr.
