Job Overview

Job Type: Per Required Need.

Location:

Market – SS – NC – Wilmington. Travel up to 90 miles from home, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

Schedule & Compensation

Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required. $16.50 per hour
. Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay. Paid training. Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate consistently with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
  • Keep availability updated and accurate.
  • Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
  • Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
  • Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Assist team members as needed.
  • Adhere to timecard submission timelines and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Participate in training and certification programs.
  • Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
  • Available for weekend assignments as needed.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Execute all directives fully and completely.
  • Collaborate with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company.
  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets established shared‑service field KPIs.
Qualifications
  • 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability Monday–Friday, with weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
  • Capable of climbing a ladder up to 10 feet and lifting up to 60 lbs.
  • Able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
  • Adaptable to changing tasks and work environments.
  • Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo uploads, and application downloads.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial; installation and merchandising experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication.
  • Own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo and data uploads.
  • Complete all training assignments within designated time frames.
  • Work collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
