Service Plumber

Service Plumbers (Wilmington, Hampstead, Shallotte, and surrounding areas)

Compensation: $75,000.00 – $ per year. Great pay and bonuses up to 100K annually plus benefits.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential service, repair, replacement and installations.
• A passion for exceptional customer service.

• Professional, reliable, ethical, courteous, friendly, team player.
• Goal oriented, willingness to learn new skills.
• Thorough and accurate diagnostic skills.
• Quality workmanship a must.
• Proficient math and writing skills.
• Must be drug free and have no felony convictions, and be willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.
• Prior sales training, SGI, PSI, Contractors 2000, or Nexstar training a plus but not required.

Plumbers will maintain a clean, professional appearance, perform nightly on‑call assignments during the week, and rotate emergency weekend calls. We provide a flexible schedule for personal and family time.
