Lead Sign Installer
Location:
Wilmington, NC.

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for sign fabrication.
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
- Ability to dig post holes and mount signs.
- Comfortable working at heights, including using ladders and scaffolding.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills are a MUST.
- Ability to work with vinyl materials, including vinyl cutting and application techniques.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols for working at heights and in sign production.
- At least 1‑2 years of experience in sign making or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
Salary based on experience.
