$2000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified experienced Insulators.

• Ensure all installations comply with work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Install products, including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other company products.
• Review daily work schedule and load truck with product(s), tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job sites.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse related duties as required.
• Carry out any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities assigned.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• At least 1 year experience in insulation.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a company vehicle.
• Safety sensitive position.

Local; out of town travel as required. Daily travel to job sites.

• Prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling.
• Good hand eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.

$13.00 - $30.00 per hour. Variable compensation may also be offered. Actual offers depend on location, experience, skill, and market data.
