You will keep our business running smoothly by tackling a wide variety of hands-on technical and mechanical challenges in diesel trucks.

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and fix issues for our drivers.
• Preventative Maintenance: Run routine checks and oil changes on 18-wheelers.
• Respond to Emergencies: Handle urgent repair requests safely and efficiently to minimize driver downtime.

You are a skilled, independent troubleshooter who takes pride in high-quality workmanship.

  Experience:
  
  No experience required, we will train you on-site.
• Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required to operate our company vehicle.
• Problem Solver: Ability to read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and figure out mechanical solutions without constant supervision.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs. and ability to pass a physical as well as a background check including DMV and drug screen.

We require a pre-employment drug test and background check, as well as random drug testing for employees. This is an on-site position and not remote. Iowa 80 is unable to sponsor a Visa.
