Team Average $2000.00 or MORE per week (base rate + highly rewarding commission structure)

What You Will Do:

• Deliver Excellence:
  Run residential service calls, execute accurate repairs, and ensure every project meets the highest industry standards.

• Educate & Connect:
  Build genuine rapport with homeowners, helping them understand their plumbing systems and confidently guiding them toward the right solutions.

• Uphold the Standard:
  Maintain a clean, organized job site and company truck.

• Share Your Knowledge:
  Actively participate in company meetings and help mentor our apprentices to build the next generation of great plumbers.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• The
  
  Experience:
  
  A proven track record in residential plumbing with a strong working knowledge of NC State plumbing codes.

• The Communication:
  Strong verbal skills to effectively explain technical issues to customers in a friendly, professional way.

• The Integrity:
  You must be able to pass a background check and drug test to ensure the safety of our customers and team.

• The Basics: A valid driver’s license, reliable tools of the trade, and the physical ability to perform plumbing duties in various conditions.
