Mas Tec Communications Group is seeking a Fiber Splicer to build end-to-end fiber optic networks in outdoor utility sites. You will test continuity, operate fusion splicer and OTDR gear, and prepare splice enclosures from major brands. Safety, quality, and hands-on problem solving define your daily work.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of fiber splicing and troubleshooting experience, and are comfortable working from ladders or bucket trucks with varying shifts and overtime as needed.
