ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks a Residential HVAC Service Technician to deliver expert diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for home heating and cooling systems. In this field-based role, you'll troubleshoot equipment, perform safety-focused tune-ups, and present solutions that improve comfort and efficiency. You'll represent a national leader in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, supported by ongoing training, recognition, and clear advancement paths. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems in occupied homes.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, tune-ups, and safety checks on HVAC equipment.
  • Communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly to customers.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and invoices; collect payments as required.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and ARS-Rescue Rooter procedures.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, safe condition.
  • Complete service tickets and documentation using mobile/field systems.
  • Participate in ongoing technical and safety training and certifications.
  • Support on-call, overtime, and weekend rotation as business needs require.
